Frank retired from ministry in 2001 and was named Pastor Emeritus by the Northwood congregation. He then accepted the position of Director of Church Relations at Schreiner University in Kerrville, where he served until 2008. He also served several terms on the Board of Directors of the Presbyterian Pan American School in Kingsville. Well into his 80’s, he was active in various church committees at all levels, from local to Presbytery to Synod.
