1. Immediate, permanent ceasefire in the Gaza War
2. Unhindered and adequate humanitarian aid to Gaza
3. Release of all Israeli and Palestinian prisoners of war
4. Withholding of all US military aid to Israel until the above conditions are met
5. Palestinian free self-governance following the ceasefire
